Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an accounts assistant to work within our accounts team. Working in the Lettings and Property management industry, you will be expected to, but not limited to:

- Utilising Microsoft Excel and accounting software to assist with the preparation of Year-End Accounts and VAT Returns, Payroll etc
- Undertaking general administrative tasks within the accounts department
- Data-entry - processing invoices, paying contractors etc
- Assisting with managing service charge payments as part of the company’s block management portfolio
- Occasionally answering phone-calls and dealing with clientele
- Assisting in overseeing company bank accounts

You will be expected to have experience working within an accounts department and enthusiastic and drive to succeed, be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
