**Main Purpose of the Role: To develop, implement, manage and continually improve compliance systems and ensure all safety disciplines operate to or above legal standards.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- With the MD’s approval to develop and oversee compliance strategy and policies
- Lead internal audits and risk assessments
- Manage compliance systems and training
- Act as main contact for authorities
- Lead investigations and close corrective actions
- Report KPIs and compliance metrics to MD
**Key skills and attributes**:
- 5-8 years compliance experience in hospitality, resort or multi-site setting, proven record in driving improvement
- NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
- Level 4 Food Safety
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification is required (IFE/FPA etc.)
- Member of IOSH (TechIOSH or GradIOSH)
