PR & Marketing Executive
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).
Salary - From £21,000 plus commission structure linked to new business
generation.
30+ days paid leave per year (including 8 bank holidays and your birthday
off)
Hybrid role - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
Christmas and New Year shut down
Early Finish Fridays in the summer

design agency? We are searching for the brightest stars to join us at a
pivotal moment having recently undergone a full rebrand, building on over
25 years of experience in the industry.
As a PR & Marketing Executive you will play a key role in developing and
executing innovative PR and marketing strategies for a range of clients,
helping them achieve their most ambitious marketing goals and
communication objectives. We are looking for highly creative and
dynamic individuals with exceptional communication and social skills,
who are not afraid to take (smart) risk and challenge the status quo,
bringing fresh and exciting ideas to the table.
Working closely with the Account Managers, the role will include:

- Developing and implementing PR & marketing strategies
- Campaign ideation
- Writing & distributing media releases
- Planning and writing digital content
- Journalist & media targeting, seeking proactive media opportunities
- Social media content creation
- Writing of award submissions
- Ad-hoc copywriting
- Producing coverage and social media performance reports
- Reactive and proactive PR
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends in digital PR, marketing
and social media
We're looking for confidence, self-motivation, pro-activity, and the ability
to work independently as well as part of a team. If you have previous
experience in a similar role, that's great, but we're more interested in your
ability to demonstrate your skills and creativity within this field. The right
person will have a fantastic opportunity to develop this role further,
leading to progression within the business.
We are looking for passion, creativity, self-motivation, and a positive
attitude. Ideally, applicants should have 1+ years’ experience in a PR,
social media, or marketing role, however we’re more interested in
discovering and nurturing rare talent.
