Job description

We are currently hiring for the position of Club Shop administrator at The Hive London which is the largest Pro football facility in greater London.

Your working week would be M-F 9:00-14:30 and matchdays. 30 hours per week

The role will include:

- Receiving, unpacking and arranging stock
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
- Processing customer payments
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing advice and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
- Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edgware, HA8 6AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
