**Role Overview**
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experiences, and a motivated team. You’ll work closely with the bar management to drive sales, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure stock control is maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervise and support** bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- **Ensure **the bar runs efficiently during peak times, managing shifts and rotas
- **Maintain** stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- **Uphold** all licensing, health safety, and hygiene standards
- **Train** new staff and assist with ongoing development of team members
- **Handle** customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- **Monitor and report** on bar performance, helping to meet sales targets

- **Proven experience** in a bar supervisory or management role
- **Strong leadership** and communication skills
- **Excellent** customer service and problem-solving abilities
- **Knowledge of **licensing laws, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations
- **Ability to** work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- **A passion for** hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
