We currently have a vacancy within our business for a Business Support Admin

Due to significant business growth, we now need a Business Support Admin to work alongside the Managing Director and key Stakeholders to perform key business support tasks within the company

The position is a hybrid work from office and home role. Based at our Head Office in Morley, Leeds, you will work closely alongside our Managing Director and other Key Team Members to ensure the smooth administrative operation of our business and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will also be able to wotk from home 2-3 days per week once the full training is completed which takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

We are looking for someone with a “whatever it takes” approach to work and must have a can-do attitude within everything that they do. We firmly believe that we can teach the processes and procedures however attitude to work and the flexibility to ensure tasks get done are vital within our role.

Alongside the normal daily tasks required to be completed, you will also be required to perform tasks on occasion for other Team Members within our business.

**Qualifications**
- Computer skills, Administrative experience, and Organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Suite
- Strong phone etiquette and typing abilities
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks
- No prior experience required, but basic math skills are necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
