Pace logistics Services Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Pallet network Outbound Administrator to work within our busy transport office

**MUST HAVE A KNOWLEDGE OF TRANSPORT/PALLET NETWORK OPERATIONS**

starting salary £26000 per annum ( negotiable with experience )

**40 hours per week Monday - Friday**

**Start time 10.30am** - **Finish time 19.30pm** ( Less 1 hour lunch break )

The purpose of the role:
Processing and supervision of all freight assigned to the Pallet network outbound Trunk.

Duties

Plan and allocate all freight assigned out on the Pallet Network, availability,

Ensuring Company and customers objectives are achieved.

Ensure full compliance to the Pallet network Charter in respect to outbound freight and trunking.

Enter all assigned outbound orders onto Pallet network operating system.

Complete the administration and scanning of outbound Network pallets to ensure full compliance and correct routing.

Maintain accurate administrative and computer records.

Liaise with the Night Trunk drivers prior to departure from the depot.

Provide customer service support to the all customers.

Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Point of contact for Pallet Network and its Members.

General administrative and filing support.

Computer input; price and job details.

Sortation of Transport documentation.

Label and ticket generation and sortation.

Telephone and administrative support for Customer Services where required.

Support and actively participate in answering incoming calls

Provide a friendly and helpful Driver Reception service, greeting each driver and allocating their vehicle keys and Manifest of work.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
