We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and running CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to keep them in optimal condition.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in CNC machining is not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
