**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
- Supervise and support junior staff in the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and maintain individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the management team.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards within the home.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is essential.
- Strong IT skills for maintaining electronic records and communication.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of care plans and regulatory requirements within a care home setting is advantageous.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
