This Fintech company in central London is looking to grow their Data Team and they are looking for an experience Power BI Developer. You will need to demonstrate a solid understanding of Power BI as well as more generic UX/UI design patterns for reporting,delivery within an agile framework and a desire to work with peers across technology. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of reporting and engage business users where necessary, and at an appropriate level.

**What you'll do**:

- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and document reporting and data requirements as needed
- Work collaboratively with design/development/analyst colleagues in order to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business including aspects of data security and privacy
- Work closely with the data platform team to ensure that solutions are in a supportable and stable condition before deploying to production
- Ensure reporting documentation is maintained to standards
- Be a key member of a small team and will share and collaborate with them on project work as well as help develop internal team processes
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Power BI reports and the relationship with the business stakeholders
- Perform systems analysis and data analysis where required to support the delivery of the reports
- Escalate issues early, engaging the business stakeholders where delivery dates are impacted
- Collaborate with other teams across technology to define best practices in the use and implementation of Power BI reports
- Perform light-touch project management where required
- Develop and maintain strong business user relationships and will act as the SME for Power BI as a reporting tool, and where required provide guidance and support to citizen developers

**Who you are**:

- Experience of Power BI deployment pipelines
- Experience of the Power BI admin console
- Experience of administering Power BI Premium capacities
- Understanding of the Azure ecosystem
- Understanding of the wider O365 stack of technologies
- Experienced in issue/problem management - on both technical and user/process basis
- Experience of Azure DevOps
- Experience of working in a small company where you take ownership and responsibility of delivery
