**Job description**

**TREND Transformations **is a **global brand** that provides a unique kitchen makeover solution. We are actively looking for a **fully employed or Part time** Showroom sales assistant based at our Leyland Garden Centre showroom
- Proactively approach customers as they enter the showroom or while browsing
- Outbound telephone calls to follow up brochure requests
- Confidently talk about, and introduce customers to Trend Transformation
- Engage customers to book their first consultation with our consultants
- Guide customers around the showroom, discussing the range of products and services available, building rapport and understanding their needs
- Present our range with enthusiasm
- General Showroom duties, ensuring all paperwork is up to date and maintain excellent showroom standards

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Previous retail, customer service or sales experience.
- Kitchen product/industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- A background or interest in interior design would be advantageous.
- Great IT skills - Microsoft Office, inc. Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Presentable with strong customer service ethics and exceptional people skills.
- Good organisational skills, a creative flair with a keen eye for detail and an excellent team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
