An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Lecturer in Travel and Aviation to join our Sports, Travel & Public Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the next generation of Travel & Aviation professionals while playing a key role in a thriving academic community.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a Lecturer in Travel and Aviation, you will:

- Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment within the Travel & Public Services sector.
- Provide both practical and theoretical instruction in specialist areas of Travel & Aviation.
- Support students’ academic and personal development, enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assist with student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, offering tailored guidance and support.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Are qualified teachers or are willing to work towards achieving qualified status**.
- Hold a relevant degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above, or an equivalent standard.
- Possess current knowledge and/or experience of teaching in Travel and Aviation.
- Are aware of potential issues in Travel and Aviation that may impact curriculum delivery.
- Have up-to-date knowledge and/or experience of career opportunities in Travel and Aviation for 16-18 and 19+ learners.
