What you need to know: Due to continued growth we are hiring for new Customer Assurance Specialist roles to join our team. You will work a 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, with the flexibility to work some days from home. Your role will be to carry out Customer Assurance activity, including call and case monitoring, to mitigate the risk of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction and to ensure AIG provides its customers with the levels of service and support they expect, alongside meeting our regulatory requirements. What we are looking for: We are looking for people with experience of the General Insurance Industry or previous Customer Assurance roles. The role requires an excellent level of written and spoken English, with other languages desirable, as you will be communicating with people at different levels in different situations as well as being numerate, computer literate and having good attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate effective time management and be able to multi-task and prioritise to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
