Junior Finance Business Partner
- Supporting the finance team in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assisting with financial analysis to drive business decisions.
- Participating in month-end close procedures and reporting.
- Collaborating with various departments to improve financial processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Preparing ad hoc reports as requested by management.
- Assisting in the development of financial models.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
