**Job title**:

- Account Executive M/F

**Missions**:

- Provide support to Account manager across Partnership marketing client accounts, including:

- Create, maintain and update internal records, logs and client reporting documents
- Collate and organise partnership inventory
- Support the management, planning and delivery of programs and events - specifically the partnership inventory and technical support/requests to help partners and licensors run their competitive program's smoothly
- Produce contact reports / meeting notes from client and rights holder meetings
- Conduct research and create reports related to accounts
- Provide logístical support across partnership client accounts
- Provide social media tracking and monitoring
- Coordinate and create season-long reports and activation de-briefs
- Keep well-informed of industry news, provide time relevant updates to the agency account team
- Liaise with cross functional internal teams, sharing best practice and knowledge in relation to shared clients
- Generate creative activation ideas, contribute to ideation and planning sessions across the wider partnership marketing team

**Profile**:

- Must have an interest in sports partnerships
- A real passion for and knowledge of sport, particularly football
- Ability to work as a team as well as individually
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, creative and responsive mind
- A positive, flexible attitude
- Presentational skills - creating and presenting
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility - some weekends / evenings to attend events etc.
- Available to travel nationally and internationally
- Good knowledge of different social media platforms, their metrics and reporting mechanisms
