We’re building the agency group of the future. Now four complementary agencies strong, our service portfolio includes storytelling and content, stunning design and visual storytelling, presentation build, live presentation experiences and video production, and last, but certainly not least, social media.
As our Social Strategist, you’ll be the brain behind the high-level strategy created for our clients. We have a studio team ready to implement your cutting-edge strategies so you can get to thinking You will be able to steer our clients in the right direction, communicate what they should and shouldn’t be doing and monitor competitors closely. You will have at least three years’ agency experience leading social media teams.
You’ll focus on organic social, liaising occasionally with our in-house performance media team focused on PPC and paid social. Most of our clients work in B2B, so whilst we do use Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, you will work primarily with LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be the main point of contact for the client with a high-level understanding of their business and marketing objectives, enabling you to build strategy around it
- Cultivating a strong, positive relationship with clients, built on mutual respect and trust
- Communication of said strategy with client
- Taking feedback and developing as appropriate
- Overseeing the planning and production of monthly content calendars across multiple channels and accounts
- Working closely with our in-house design team to ideate, create and content
- Working closely with the Account Managers/Directors to ensure wider strategic objectives are being considered and delivered against
- Managing upwards successfully to ensure any issues are communicated and resolved quickly
- Ensuring continual best-practice in content ideation, creation and publication across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Advising clients on the best utilisation of organic and paid social to achieve objectives
- Overseeing projects, workflow, and deadlines and ensuring consistent high-quality work
- Overseeing community management across all channels
- Developing and maintaining brand tone and visual identity
- Monitoring content performance using platform analytics and working with the wider team to gain insights into channel and content performance, utilising those insights to drive growth
- Creating regular in-depth insight reports and presenting reports internally and to clients
- Planning content output across multiple territories and time zones to maximise reach and performance
- Pivotal role in pitching for new projects and strategic development of existing projects
- Provide expert training sessions for our clients
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years' experience heading up social teams
- You'll be obsessed with all things social
- Experience across different types of social - organic, paid, influencer
- Exceptional knowledge of growing audiences across social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) teamed with a deep understanding of the algorithmic nuances of these platforms
- Excellent understanding of platform analytics and reporting, plus the ability to extract, understand and interpret data to turn into actionable insights
- A strong track record of developing and building positive relationships
- Great presentation skills with an in-depth understanding of how to demonstrate the value of social to clients and tell data-driven stories
- Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in fast paced environments
- Vast understanding of brand reputation
