**What You'll do**:
As a **Production Operative** you will:
- Use your hands-on skills to independently manufacture products
- Follow customer requirements using process specifications and instructions
- Operate specialist equipment
- Work on your feet for long periods of time
**What We're Looking For**:
Essential skills:
- Follow specific instructions and procedures
- Read technical drawings
- Ability to work in a physically challenging environment
- Work independently
- Positive attitude
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or hands-on environment
**What else do you need to know?**
- This role operates on a **rotation of 6 weeks of days and 6 weeks of nights**:
- Full training is provided at every stage
