This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our front of house teams ensuring the smooth running of the busy reception teams across our three practices. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with ideally management experience, a passion for customer service and exceptional communication skills.

You will need to be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Key responsibilities include overseeing and training the team, organising the rota, welcoming and assisting clients, scheduling appointments and taking payments and ensuring the practices maintain our high standards.

As an experienced receptionist, you will be able to build and manage relationships with clients and the veterinary and nursing teams to ensure the reception team create a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and their pets. Previous experience in the veterinary sector is ideal but not essential.

You will have proven reception experience, be computer literate, possess excellent people management skills and able to demonstrate a positive approach to team work. Working hours to be discussed for this full time role, covering morning and afternoon shifts on a rota basis and occasional weekend working to help with cover.

This position will be located over 3 sites, Roundswell, Pilton and Ilfracombe, so transportation is essential.
