**A Day in the Life at Hazel**

As a Food & Beverage Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Serving breakfast or dinner in our relaxed, stylish restaurant environment.
- Serving and making hot/cold beverages from bar
- Preparing the restaurant for service, including setup, restocking, and closing duties.
- Taking orders accurately and confidently offering menu recommendations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts.
- Supporting with buffet service, barista coffee making, and drinks service as required.
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and guest satisfaction at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is ideal - but not essential.
- A friendly, professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Willingness and availability to work early mornings (7AM starts) and/or evenings.
- Strong team spirit with the ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
- A passion for food, drink, and creating positive guest interactions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to meet business needs.
