**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary.
- Select appropriate materials and techniques for each project to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide professional advice on colour schemes and design options.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople when necessary to complete projects efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for colour and design.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
