An excellent school in **Reading**is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and BehaviouralNeeds. A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is ideal for this role and some previous experience working with SEN children is desirable. The position will be working 1:1 with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour in the school. The LearningSupport Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with children who have mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour and have learning disabilities such as Autism.
This Primary school are looking for a confident, dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants who are enthusiastic and passionate about their input into a child's education. Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have excellent behaviour management skills.
