Due to expansion we are now currently recruiting for an experienced Professional Sales Administrator and looking for a ‘customer centric’ experienced sales and administration professional to join our team on a full time basis.
**The Role**
The role will be a multi-faceted position in a fast-paced sales office; therefore, experience in a similar environment with a background of working to a high level of responsibility is essential.
For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You should ensure that the administration and targets set are achieved and that you deliver the best customer service possible.
You will assist with various administrative duties and support other business areas as required, which will be determined by your manager.
Your primary focus will be to perfect the day-to-day support functions required in the sales office, providing sales support, general administration, liaising with staff from other departments / external companies and conducting high-level administrative tasks as required by the Sales Director.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales duties** - You will support the UK sales team by answering incoming calls, responding to sales enquiries, and making weekly outbound calls per agreed company standards. You will help/be responsible for managing certain accounts, which will be assigned to you by your manager. You will be required to maintain the company CRM system Maximizer to ensure that accurate customer interaction records are kept and visible for the rest of the team to access.
You will participate and contribute to regular sales meetings by adding personal value wherever possible providing reports as requested by your manager. You will confidently make suggestions to the sales team to help improve company growth.
- **Customer Service** - You will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service excellence Ensuring customer satisfaction is vital; all customers feel valued, and our company appreciates their business.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales office (preferably with a high-responsibility background).
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised, taking ownership of individual workload and ensuring tasks are tackled appropriately based on their urgency, impact, importance and time requirements.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess exceptional Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and create reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients and team members.
- Contribute with enthusiasm and drive to maintain a positive environment. Someone who is happy to work collaboratively and is prepared to perform the role of other colleagues should the business require it.
