**About the NPD Technologist job**:
As NPD Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on the whole NPD process from concept through to launch.

Typical duties will include:

- Preparation and development of products,
- Completing technical and quality documentation.
- Carry out research and development of products including benchmarking and recipe development.
- Research and development of production processes.
- Prepare and send product samples.
- Prepare products in innovative recipes for visitors.
- Organise taste panels.

**Key skills**:

- Ideally be a holder of a food science, food technology nutrition or related degree.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing product development or NPD role would be a great benefit - this could be from a university placement.
- A driving licence and own transport are preferred to be able to attend other company locations.
- Highly organised, flexible, and with excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to attend events which may occur in the evenings or weekends and sometimes away from home.

The NPD Technologist job is based in Aberdeenshire and is paying £20,000 - £30,000 according to your experience.
