**What you’ll be doing as a Team Leader**

We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and in the restaurant area and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision-making skills.

**Your Pub**

The Golden Lion is nestled in the picturesque village of Rossett and has lots of stories, in particular from its resident ghost - Old Jeffery Now this site is very much a destination venue in the heart of the countryside. Serving stunning beers wines and premium spirits alongside gorgeous fresh food, the Lion boasts a fabulous outside area - famous for events and festivals through the summer time and cozy times by the fire for when the weather's not great.
