We are looking for a enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Sigma3 Kitchens Ltd based in our main head office site at Llantrisant:
16 Hours
- a week
2x days a week Friday is a MUST (1 day Reception second day in the Accounts Department)
Working Hours
- 8:30am-5pm
£10.00 per Hour
**The role requires administrative experience, and be able to use a computer confidently**
**This is a visitor facing role so must have the right attitude for the job, this role also requires to be flexible to cover holidays**
**Job Role**:
Answering the telephone
Booking in Visitors
Scanning invoices-**Main Task For Accounts**
Sorting and arranging mail
Book Meeting Rooms
Putting Calls out for staff members
General Admin Duties

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
