**Purpose of the role**:
To successfully develop and maintain a total productive maintenance schedule to ensure the optimal performance and availability of production and facility assets. To manage and develop a team of Site Facilities & Machine Maintenance Technicians to delivercost-effective planned i.e., proactive and reactive maintenance to mechanical, electrical and infrastructure assets across a 2-shift system.

**Requirements for the role**:
To be considered for this role you will have served a recognised apprenticeship and attained an appropriate electrical/mechanical qualification (BTec/HNC/HND).

You will be able to demonstrate success in maintaining and repairing electrical and/or mechanical equipment and systems related to buildings operations. You will have some experience of planning and will be PC literate (Microsoft Office packages) and havegreat communication skills.

Most importantly, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others, therefore previous experience in a maintenance supervisory is essential.

A genuine interest in machines, a thirst for learning and an eagerness to always provide the best possible service to the business is a must.
