**Family owned and run Partington’s Holiday Parks operate six Holiday Parks across Lancashire, the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Newton Hall Holiday Park is in the rural Fylde village of Staining just 2.5 miles from the resort of Blackpool. Offering a wide range of facilities for holiday homeowners and holidaymakers from a pool, sauna and jacuzzi facilities to the Newton Hall Country Club all set on extensive grounds with a fishing pond, gardens, and children’s activities.**

**Role**: Security

**Location**: Newton Hall Holiday Park

**Salary**: 13.73 per hour

**Hours**:12 to 40 hours per week depending on season, Monday to Saturday.

**Overview**

Your duties will encompass customer safety, stewarding customers, access control, asset control. You will be a representative for the caravan park by promoting a welcoming, informative and professional environment and demonstrating the Company’s values at all times; FAMILY, FUN & FRIENDLY.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To check all Club membership cards on guest arrival looking out for information such as expiry date, age, caravan pitch numbers.
- To write informative and detailed reports for management on any incidents that may occur. Reports must be completed on the date the incident occurred to ensure details recorded are accurate.
- To perform standard SIA checks on guests for alcohol, drugs and weapons if needed.
- To gain knowledge of specific locations on the holiday park to pass onto local authorities and emergency services if required.
- To work on own initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- To ensure that high pressure situations are dealt with in a calm and professional manner at all times, focusing on staff and customer safety at all times.
- To support a safe working environment, a positive attitude and promote an enjoyable working atmosphere.
- To be fully conversant with all emergency procedures at your location of work.
- Adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures in relation to; Confidentiality, Customer Service, GDPR and Security at all times.
