A new role has arisen during an exciting time of expansion, based on site at Heler foods Packing. Duties to include:

- Act as the first point of contact for all employees and line managers for any People related queries ensuring a proactive and flexible service compliant with best practice, company procedures and legislation.
- In partnership with the L&D Manager lead the culture of Performance Management across the business ensuring timely completion and any follow ups are completed.
- Work in partnership with line managers on all employee relations cases.
- Support employees during periods of absence and facilitate any return to work plans in conjunction with Occupational Health.
- Identify employees with potential absence concerns through the absence report and support managers with managing absence
- Support the annual Employee Engagement Survey ensuring completion rates remain high.
- Ensure personnel files remain up to date, ensuring any correspondence is filed promptly and accurately. And ensuring that Payroll and T&A records are up to date.
- Adherence to company administration procedures in relation to salary increases, department transfers etc.
- Manage the annual pay review administration in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage the probation review process for all new starters ensuring any contractual salary increases are applied.
- Issue all new starter paperwork including contracts of employment via Docusign - ensure documents are returned signed.
- Maintain an accurate record of SUSA Cards, ensuring relevant issues are highlighted to the People Director.
- Ensure the leaver process is followed and support with exit interviews.
- Support internal communications by maintaining engaging activities on the Company’s internal system, Mo.
- Deliver the Company’s employee engagement plan activities
- Support all Quality Audits by providing timely People information.
- Continuous improvement projects related to the Company People Handbook, Policies and Procedures to maintain best practice.
- Support the People Team with wider business change projects and contribute to the delivery of the People Plan.
- Provide monthly People updates for the Exec with engaging content to advise overall business strategy.
- Be an ambassador for the Company’s Vision and Values

Skills required include:
HR/ER Experience

Good Literacy & Numeracy skills, along with PC Literacy

You are ultra-proactive, and comfortable multitasking.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment & ever-evolving nature of an FMCG business.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with challenging and developing ideas.

You will be confident partnering and establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
