**Land Manager**

**Location: Covering mid to South Essex**

Are you brilliant at building rapport with landowners and developers of all types, from SME’s to PLC’s?
This role has been created to add to our existing great Land & New Homes team at William H Brown, helping to service our expanding number of developer clients actively seeking new development opportunities, whilst taking advantage of the vast quantity of newopportunities out there for a motivated individual to capitalise on.

The diverse geography of the area you will manage provides development opportunities from permitted development conversions, air space potential and brownfield sites through to garden land assembly and fresh undeveloped greenbelt promotional land. No twodays will be same for this position.
Career progression is available in this area of our business which is the largest growing within our highly successful national group. Consideration will also be given to anyone looking to step up from a junior position within land.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To forge and develop relationships with a broad number of land owners, developers and company branches in the area
- Winning instructions for the disposal of development opportunities for land owners in both the private and public sector
- Secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry at advantageous and profitable terms

**Skills you’ll need**
- A proven track record in the acquisition and disposal of development land is essential
- Experience of working within a target-orientated environment
- Land and development appraisal and valuation skills are also essential
- A high level of presentation experience
- Ability to work under pressure
