Vision for Education are looking to appoint two motivated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis within a school in Gateshead, NE8.

**About the role**:
The successful KS2 Teaching Assistants will be working in the Year 4 and Year 6 classrooms respectively, to support pupils and class teachers. The duties for these roles will include 1:1 guided reading with children, leading intervention programmes and general classroom support. Naturally, the role will include working with some children with SEN. Due to the role being full-time, days and hours would be 8:30am - 3:30pm.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of 2x KS2 Teaching Assistant (Full-time) you will:

- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- L2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning
