McGregor Boyall are currently recruiting for Technical Analysts.

These are contract positions that will initially run for 6 months.

The posts sit within Security Operations which is responsible for protecting the company against many forms of Cyber attacks and data loss.

Given the recent changes enabling our client to deliver on their objective in being a digital bank, it is an exciting time to join them.
Your role will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Managing the Data Loss Prevention tools and operations queues
- Developing and managing the operations KI's / MI to support oversight
- Managing any escalations for Cyber Incidents
- Assisting with Identity Access and Governance tasks to ensure we operate a zero trust model
- Assisting with Audit activities and attestation cycles
The role will require the following skill set and experience:

- Data loss awareness and mitigating controls
- Awareness of Cyber Security and willing to develop this knowledge
- Good problem and analytical skills to investigate complex issues
- Strong team worker but having the ability to be self-directed on task completion
- Knowledge or understanding of Data loss, eDiscovery, Forensics and Cyber Incidents
- Understand and managing risk for Security Operations
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility for deliverables
- A passion to develop Cyber Skills to help protect the bank
- Ability to prioritise multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience of developing or enhancing procedural documentation
