**The role**:
**Temporary Customer Services Receptionist to cover maternity leave.**

Contact Warrington has an opportunity for the right individual who shares our passion for providing excellent customer service in our office in Warrington Town Centre, 1 Time Square.

This is your opportunity to join our multi-skilled Customer Service Advisors and make a difference to the people who live and work in Warrington. We’re committed to delivering a quality service and we are looking for a talented, customer-focused team player to join us.

You’ll be involved in working with customers face-to-face in our reception primarily working from our business to business desk.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- IT/keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in a busy customer services environment, dealing directly with members of the public.
- The ability to provide a friendly, efficient service, at times under great pressure.
- The ability to converse with colleagues, residents and representatives from other organizations at all levels.
- Due care and consideration in supporting vulnerable people from varying back grounds.
- A wiilingness to embrace the councils commitment to Equality & Diversity.

**Contact Warrington is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and you will be required to work flexibly between these times.**
