**Position**:Factory Operative

**Reports to**: Pour Line team leader.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Operating equipment in line with Health & Safety procedures and ensuring that this is adhered to at all times.
- Working as part of a team and/or individually in a busy manufacturing environment ensuring that product is manufactured to the expected the standard.
- General operative duties capable of movement between departments
- Working to tight deadlines
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Maintaining quality control throughout all areas of production
- Working as part of a team on the concrete production line/demould

**Associated Responsibilities**:

- Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays, and high workloads.
