**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join our weekend team. If you can give our customers the attention they deserve on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we would love to hear form you. From colleagues to customers, people are at the heart of everything we do at LKQ Euro Car Parts. Our Customer Service Advisors listen to our customers to truly understand their concerns and resolve them efficiently.

This is predominantly a remote role. However, the business may require you to attend our Tamworth Head Office a few of times of year. This is so we can constantly develop you and of course build relationships with your colleagues in person. Your hands may be full in this role, so the ability to multi task is essential. This is a fantastic starting point at LKQ Euro Car Parts and a great way to have an overview of the entire business. We encourage internal progression, so with this role the opportunities are endless.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing first class service to customers via our web platforms
- Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
- Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time
- Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed
- Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system
- Making the customer top priority at all times.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer service experience
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
