We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Co-ordinator for our growing Office in North Somerset, to assist with coordination of clients visits and to establish client events and activities across North Somerset.
As a Co-ordinator, you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications of our site. You must be extremely personable as you will be liaising with the entire team to ensure all our valued Clients needs are met.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
To work alongside the core team and ensure all care visits are covered.
Optimise runs and ensure they are running smoothly for both clients and carers
To plan ahead to cover holidays, training and planned absence
To participate in on call duties if required and deliver hands on care when necessary
To carry out any ad hoc duties given by the Senior Management Team to suit the needs of the business

**Qualifications & Experience**
Excellent communication skills - Essential
Previous Domiciliary Care experience - Desirable
**Abilities, Skills & Behaviours**
Excellent computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge.
