Operations Associate

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Warehouse Associate performing inventory quality control duties. This position ensures inventory accuracy and quality of materials received. We are Wesco. We enable the connected world - you help turn on the lights.

**Shift**:Monday through Friday; XX:XX a.m. - YY:YY p.m.

**A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate**

As an Operations Associate in Inventory Control, your focus will be on inventory analysis and the execution of strategies and processes to ensure the inventory accuracy and service levels are achieved.

- Execute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Audit high profile customer orders for accuracy and special requirements
- Provide support to the management team and other departments as requested
- Investigate and assist in resolving order/inventory discrepancies
- Work closely with warehouse associates to achieve quality goals

**Education & Experience**
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- 2 years + in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment required
- Experience working with a warehouse management system

**Skills & Requirements**
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
