Job Summary

The Mad House Newcastle is looking for energetic, reliable locals to join our weekend

team in the heart of the city If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and love

working with people, we want to hear from you

Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by welcoming and assisting customers in a

friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety

standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all active work areas, including kitchens

and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy

periods.
- Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving

patrons.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
- Local to Newcastle (know the scene & the crowd)
- Friendly, outgoing, and hardworking
- Team players who can keep cool under pressure
- Available for weekend shifts (evenings essential)**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests

and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high-quality

service.
- Experience in catering or culinary roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
