Administrator / HR Assistant

Badham Pharmacy is an award-winning independent pharmacy chain with headquarters in Bishops Cleeve, near Cheltenham.
With 23 branches currently and over 180 staff we are seeking to strengthen the administrative function of the HR team.
The position involves booking in locum pharmacists to cover our branches and regular interaction with agencies and individuals to fulfil the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone to join our team who can demonstrate these essential skills and attributes:
Previous administrative experience with previous experience of booking and rostering preferred
- Excellent IT skills and proficient using Microsoft packages
- Be enthusiastic, and supportive to the team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be flexible and approachable
- Have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in HR would be desirable but not essential as training can be given.
