**Semi-Skilled Labourer**

**Location: North York area - Ripon**

The Company
Our client is one of the largest independent manufacturers of Modular Accommodation in the UK. Coming from humble origins, they've become one of the market leaders in the industry and are still seeing continued, rapid growth after 75+ years of trading.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Thursday 8AM-4.30PM
Friday 8AM-3.30PM
Standard hours 39 / week
Minimum 10 hour overtime available a week

**Hourly rate of pay (PAYE)**:
**£11.50-£13.00**
Duration: Permanent role. 12-week temp-to-perm

Constructing stud wall partitionsPlasterboardingInterior / Exterior CladdingUsing hand & power tools safelyCreating wooden floorsHanging doors/fire doorsFitting windows and window framesElectrical trunkingStripping out portable cabins
Qualifications / Experience required:
Ideally to NVQ Level in either Joinery Level 1, Construction Practices, Or an ApprenticeshipWill accept other related experience or apprenticeshipsIdeally from a Modular or Caravan Production backgroundExperience of working in a construction environment (essential)

You will be paid on standard PAYE (pay as you earn). There are no other deductions made to your pay outside of basic tax and national insurance. There is no charge for your payroll being processed.
