**Salary: Starting at £23,368.80 per annum (£10.70 per hour, Plus £45 per sleep in)**

**Plus, £1,653.75 Cost of Living Allowance**

**Hours: Full-time / Part-time flexible shift patterns (Bank)**

Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex Needs.

- £500 just for joining us, plus another £1,000 when you pass your 6 months’ probation (£500 retention bonus, £500 attendance bonus*)
