**D**uties and responsibilities related to the Spa Attendant role**
- Ensure that all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and common areas, are clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide exceptional levels of service by greeting guests, offering assistance, answering questions, and ensuring they have a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience.
- Set up treatment rooms before appointments and clean them afterward, ensuring that all equipment, linens, and products are properly sanitized and replenished.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products, linens, and supplies. Notify management when stock is low and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules, as well as inspecting and maintaining pool equipment and facilities.

**About you**

Previous experience in spa or hospitality operations, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking skills. Able to maintain a clean, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all guests.
