Veterinary Receptionist

Congleton Veterinary Centre are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our front of house team to cover maternity leave for 12 months The role involves a high level of face to face contact with our clients so we are looking for someone who has the confidence, empathy and experience to provide excellent standards of care, as well as that personal touch. Daily duties include (but are not limited to): - Welcoming clients and their pets on a arrival at the practice - Maintaining accurate records - Ensuring good communication between reception and the clinical teams - Taking payments, cashing up and submitting takings at the end of each day - Adhering to GDPR regulations and respecting client confidentiality - Maintaining a clean and tidy reception and waiting room at all time - Following heath and safety procedures and protocols About the rota This is a full-time role working 4 days per week from 08:15am-7:00pm with one hour lunch, Saturdays on a shared rota basis from 08:15am-4:00pm with half hour lunch (same for Bank Holidays). The Saturday hours are averaged in to the working week working 1 in 4. Practice Culture Friendly and close-knit team, with low staff turnover.
