**Role Overview**:

- Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Visit new and existing clients to understand their needs.
- **High-Quality Service**: Ensure delivery of services aligns with company values.
- **Sales Targets**: With support, work towards achievable sales goals.

**Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
