Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the pharmacy
- Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and standards.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of prescription records.
- Cooperate with dispensary staff regarding tasks such as invoicing.
- Support the dispensary in preparing prescriptions for dispensing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role within a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of pharmacy technician duties, patient care practices and prescription administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attentive to detail and proficient in computer programs such as Excel.
- Certification or degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field is desired but not essential.

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
