If so, this **Assistant Finance Business Partner** role with our growing **North Nottinghamshire** based client may just be that perfect next step for your career.
This role comes with streamlined progression to **Finance Business Partner** and is a transition which works well for this client with other **FBP’s**having undergone this exact step successfully.
You will also get to receive unrivalled support and siphon knowledge from a diverse team of experienced **Finance Business Partners** whilst reporting to a **Finance Manager** who is well known for being a great mentor. They will be on hand whenever needed without being overbearing or micromanaging.
- Supporting with **Annual Budgeting and Forecasting** before producing reports on progress.
- Assisting with **production of monthly management accounts packs**.
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders to communicate findings after **accounts analysis** and production.
- Development of financial models.
- Reporting on and performing **variance analysis, comparing budgets to actuals** before providing commentary where appropriate.
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the wider **FBP**community.**_Of course with training provided, you do not need full experience with all of the above tasks, however it is important that you are:
- Comfortable with **monthly management accounts** processes and production.
- An active studier in **AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA.**:
- A confident communicator and a keen learner.
- Strong with Excel and familiar with accountancy systems.

LOCATION**:North Nottinghamshire**
SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £31,000 + Study Support + 3 days working from home a week + bens.
