Our client is looking for an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join a business that has bult a fantastic reputation in the M&E sector.
The Commissioning Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

- Conduct commissioning activities for various mechanical and electrical systems in buildings, including but not limited to HVAC, lighting, and fire alarms
- Develop commissioning plans and schedules, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Conduct functional testing of systems, documenting and reporting any issues and ensuring they are resolved
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with the commissioning process and outcomes
The ideal person for this Commissioning Engineer role will have:

- Experience in surveying, quoting for and commissioning of M&E systems in buildings
- Strong technical knowledge of various M&E systems and their operation - learned from being 'on the tools' at some point in your career
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
