Position : Customer Service and Marketing Executive

Location : Holmes Chapel, Cheshire

Job type : Fulltime, permanent position

Wage : £25,000 per annum

Benefits : Company pension

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

**About the position**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with ordering online.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.
- Follow-up on all requests from customers to ensure the brands provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilising our customer relationship management tools.
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Be a primary contact for inquiries from customers about our products and brands.
- Be able to communicate our company's policies concisely to customers.
- Maintain and update regular correspondence with customers.
- Create and post social media content when necessary.
- Engage with new and existing affiliate partners to increase each brand's reach and revenue.
- Assist the team with optimising each brand's marketplaces.

**About you**
- Minimum of one year's experience in customer service or marketing.
- Strong eCommerce background.
- Advanced user of social media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).
- Must be sales-oriented.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brands' histories, product offerings, and communications/advertising campaigns.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette and elevated speech.
- Proactive personality and self-motivator.
- Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous.
- Team player able to develop great relationships with co-workers.
- 55/60 plus words per minute typing speed.

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, flexible approach, ideally with previous customer service and/or marketing experience. Attention to detail and accuracy is important to ensure customers' enquiries are answered quickly and correctly. We are an extremely small team with plans to grow quickly, this is only possible if everyone is willing to help with every activity of the business.
