As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team.

**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with senior sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the art of selling while contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with inquiries and providing product/service information.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members, providing support where needed to achieve collective sales goals.

We welcome any experience in the following areas: sales representative, sales, field sales, marketing executive, retail, call centre, receptionist, warehouse, bartender, sales assistant, front of house and any other customer service or sales role.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Confident & Self motivated
- Excited at the idea of travel and progression

**The opportunity will require you to**:

- Have great communication skills
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Represent clients and liaise with customers on a professional level at all times
- Work 5 full days a week due to client requirements
