**Lead Functional Consultant - D 365 Finance & Operations **

**D365 Finance and Operations / D365 F&O / Dynamics F&O / Dynamics AX / ERP**

**£65,000 - £80,000 (d.o.e.) + Bonus + Benefits**

With a team of experienced industry professionals, consultants and technology experts, this global MS gold Partner has a wide range of capabilities including digital transformation, ERP and CRM implementation, change management and data science. They arenow looking for a number of talented Lead level F&O Consultants to join the team.

The main areas of responsibility for a Lead Functional F&O / AX Consultant are:

- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients.
- Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables
- Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance / Project Accounting / Distribution & Trade / HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics AX
- Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
- Ownership of the design of bespoke AX solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module
- Writing complex functional specifications
- Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams
- Guiding Project Managers, delivering end user training and preparing Managed Services team for the transition to support

**Required Experience **
- Many years' experience working in a Dynamics F&O / AX Consultant
- A strong ERP background
- A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems
- Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O
- Experience of developing customised solutions to complex business problems
- Demonstrable consultancy experience
- Strong working knowledge of business processes
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills

The company offer flexible working. You will be home based (WFH) with the need to travel to client sites as and when required.
