JOR Property Ltd are an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.

We are seeking an experienced, time served, Painter & Decorator. Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of Painting / Decorating works. You must also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively on your own and as part of a team.

The responsibilities will include, but will not be restricted to the following:

- Internal / external paint works.
- Wallpapering.
- Ames taping (preferable).

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Fluent in English - spoken and written.
- Time-Served and experienced.
- have a high standard of work.
- be able to work on own initiative.
- have a positive attitude.
- be a good communicator, able to provide clear updates/reports on jobs attended.
- Able to follow processes and instructions.
- have a current full driving licence - company van provided.

We operate a state of the art IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office.

Hourly rate of pay dependant on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.50-£17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Time served painting & decorating: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
